Talon, a large greyish blue dragon with half-feathered membranous wings, glides playfully away from Tiercel, a larger green dragon with fully feathered wings and a more mammalian appearance. The sky is a vibrant teal in color and the two dragons' wings churn up clouds into ribbony strips around them. The sun peeks large and bright from the upper left corner of the piece, casting a warm yellow light onto both dragons.

Tiercel Green, a large, heavy, semi-aquatic green dragon, is depicted in a neutrally stanced profile view. His short pelt is entirely colored in various shades of green with dappled patterns meant to resemble water reflecting onto a riverbed, and his wings echo this pattern. Its long, thick, finned tail resembles a sharks and has thick stripes as opposed to dapples. Its legs are proportionally short when compared to its body, and end in 5 toed clawed hands and feet. Their face has a somewhat horselike muzzle that ends in a snout resembling a seal's, off of which several patches of long whiskers sprout. His ears look like miniature versions of his wings, and stand out against his mane of deep green hair. His eyes look away from the camera, luminous gold and purple against his green fur. His fullbody drawing is missing his wings, instead showing an armlike appendage artistically cut off and labeled 'Wing Goes Here.' Their wings are instead drawn above and labeled dorsal and ventral (top and bottom). Their dorsal wing pattern is mostly dark green and has the same dapple patterns as their body. Storm's ventral wing pattern is much lighter and largely resembles the more splotched, lighter green pattern of their wing-ears, with the exception of two darker green stripes at the very bottom of the secondary feathers.
